Cartridge Filter Housing

Cartridgefilter system offers wide range of flow capacities & contaminantholding capacities. Cartridge filter housing diameters can accommodatefrom 1 to 200 cartridges around. Cartridge filters are normally used aspolishing filter in almost all process industries. Cartridge filter isconstructed of filter housing, filter cartridges, tube sheet, positivesealing arrangement for cartridge depending upon type of cartridge& choice of end connections. Positive sealing arrangement forcartridge filter assures no particle migration or fiber migration, evenafter high differential pressures.

Operation

Contaminatedfluid enters the housing and is distributed evenly around the filtercartridges. Filtration takes place from outside to inside. Solids arecollected on the outside of filter cartridges & clear filtratecollected at outlet.
